Client Data Confidentiality Policy
Lifetime Employees — Live.2.100, Inc. · Effective March 25, 2026
Your data is YOUR data. Period.
When you share contacts, client lists, business records, or any other information with your Lifetime Employee, that data is:
- Never shared with other clients, businesses, or third parties
- Never sold or used for marketing outside your business
- Never cross-pollinated between agents — your AI employee's knowledge stays with YOUR AI employee
- Stored securely on encrypted servers with access limited to your agent only
- Deleted on request — if you leave, your data goes with you or gets destroyed. Your choice.
What Your AI Employee Can See
- Only the data YOU provide or authorize access to
- Your CRM contacts (if connected)
- Your call transcripts and history
- Your email (if connected and authorized)
- Your calendar (if connected)
What Your AI Employee Will NEVER Do
- Share your contacts with another client's agent
- Use your client list for prospecting on behalf of anyone else
- Disclose your business information to competitors
- Store data beyond what's needed to serve you
- Access systems you haven't explicitly authorized
Cross-Agent Communication
Our agents can communicate with each other for coordination purposes (e.g., scheduling between two LTE clients). However:
- No client data is shared in cross-agent messages
- Coordination is limited to logistics (scheduling, availability)
- Your agent will always ask your permission first
Data Retention
- Active clients: Data retained as long as your agent is active
- After cancellation: Data exported to you within 30 days, then securely deleted
- Call recordings & transcripts: Retained for 90 days, then auto-deleted unless you request longer retention
Your Rights
- Request a full export of your data at any time
- Request deletion of specific records at any time
- Audit what your agent knows about you at any time
- Revoke access to any connected system at any time
